The Content Incubator $1,500 / month

The monthly program — filmed at Studio 1801, produced by Q'd Up.

A month of content
in a single day.

You know your business should be more visible online. It's a job — and you already have one. Film once a month, and the scripting, editing, and scheduling all stop being yours.

What you walk out with

One production day.
A month of finished work.

The clients are watching and the competitors are posting. All of this is cut from one conversation — a single session in the chair, fifteen finished pieces out the other side.

Long-form anchor

A 30-minute podcast, video interview, or talking-head piece — the centerpiece everything else gets cut from.

Short-form cuts

Sixty-second clips pulled from the main piece, captioned and built for a scrolling feed.

Pre-production sprint

A 60–90 minute strategy session about a week before you film, so the day is dialed in before you arrive.

Video call · ~7 days prior
15 finished assets

Released on a drip across the following weeks — so you're publishing steadily for a month instead of dumping everything in one day and going quiet.

How the month runs

Three steps.
Most of the work is ours.

01 / ~7 days prior

Pre-production sprint

A 60–90 minute strategy session. We work out what you're saying and why, so you're not walking in cold or staring at a blank page.

02 / Production day

You show up and talk

One session at Studio 1801. Gear, lighting, sound, and direction are handled. Show up and have the conversation — that's the whole job.

03 / Following weeks

Delivery on a drip

Your finished assets arrive spaced out over the weeks after you film.

Questions

The things
people ask first.

If yours isn't here, send it with your note below — we answer every one personally, usually the same day.

Do I need to know what I'm going to say?

No. That's what the pre-production sprint is for. We work out your topics, angle, and talking points together about a week ahead, so you arrive with a plan instead of a blank page.

What do I actually have to do on the day?

Show up and talk for about an hour. We handle the gear, lighting, sound, direction, and every bit of editing afterward. It's a conversation, not a performance.

What if I'm not comfortable on camera?

Most people aren't, at first. We direct you through it and edit out the false starts. By the end of your session it feels like talking to a colleague — and that's exactly how it reads on screen.

Where does it happen?

Studio 1801, at 1801 Oberlin Road in Middletown, PA. You're recording in a real production space, not a rented conference room.

When do I get everything back?

Across the following weeks, on a schedule rather than all at once — so your feed stays alive for the full month.

Am I locked into a contract?

Month to month to start. The point is that it keeps earning its place — if a month goes by and it isn't working for you, you say so and we stop.

What if I want more than this?

Higher volume, multi-camera, a full series, or distribution strategy is all scoped by Q'd Up around what you're building. Say what you have in mind and we'll price it honestly rather than pushing you into a package.
